Description
Northern White is a porcelain type hardneck garlic that has large cloves that are easy to peel. The flavor is spicy when eaten raw. It can withstand very cold and wet growing conditions. Grown on our small farm using organic practices. Each bulb contains approximately 6 cloves and there are roughly 6-8 bulbs per pound.
Due to agricultural restrictions we are unable to ship garlic to Idaho and the following five counties in Washington State: Adams, Klickitat, Franklin, Benton and Grant.
